VIP
software and its support team have made it possible for me to accurately understand and evaluate my product
costs and inventory. This has been something I have been trying to improve on for 20 years in the restaurant
business. The level of support is outstanding. The key to our operation's success with costs and inventory
only became possible when we were able to partner with VIP Software and its technical support. I hesitate
to call it "technical support" because that may portray the knowledge of only computers and software.

We
have had the VIP system in our resturaunt/tavern(Three Nines Tavern, Jessup, Maryland) for 2 years. Up
until recently we had used VIP on a monthly basis, when we did our inventory. Then the reports
started to not come out right and our inventory was way off. At first we thought it had to be
human error. I have been working on this program since the begining and I know there is room
for error, but not this much error. Finally another employee turned in two of our employees who
where stealing $1000's of dollars a week. It was all right in front of us in the reports. Now
believe me, the program is even more valuable to us than ever. And we don't doubt the reports
tell us exactly what is going on in our establishment. So we say Thank you VIP!!!

Our
company went live with VIP Solutions Inventory system a couple of months ago. The transition from
the previous system was extremely smooth, with all managers who are using the program having very little
difficulty. Here in BC we deal with a very confusing Liquor Control discount calculations. The
VIP Team was extremely helpful in writing a new aspect of the program; allowing us to track accurate, discount
costing. Anytime we required any help or direction,VIP was very accommodating with their time and
patience no matter the situation. I have already recommended VIP to several other owners whenever
