Accounts Payable Integration

• VIP offers the ability to customize your export to your specifications, templates are available for the most common accounting programs also.
• Purchases entered into VIP Inventory Control Software may be sent to your accounting software's payable module. Most accounting programs that are capable of importing data will work with VIP Inventory Control Software.
• Invoices previously sent to the accounting software can be "tagged" as exported. This eliminates the error of double posting the same invoice.

Recipe Preparation Instructions
